Bixby Knolls Weekend – First Fridays Tree & Menorah Lighting December 4th
It's a fairly new tradition, but a great one for the Bixby Knolls community. Come out and enjoy holiday music and hot chocolate as we light the Bixby Knolls Christmas Tree & Hanukah Menorah at First Fridays Where: At the fountains of Nino's Italian Restaurant 3835 Atlantic Avenue, Bixby Knolls When: 6:000pm - Music & Entertainment Begins 6:30pm - Tree & Menorah Lighting 6:30pm - First Fridays Begins - Hop on the Big Red Bus First Fridays always feature a variety of music performances such as bluegrass, gospel, harp, ukuleles, a DJ, classic rock tunes, a smooth crooner, piano, saxophone, rock school students, and communal drums. And the the tree and menorah lighting will feature live theater, carolers & street urchins from the LB Shakespeare Company, "Family Night" in the local restaurants, holiday hair designs, card making, art exhibits and art bazaars.
