Sand Challenge Beach Boot Camp– This Saturday morning class features Justin Rudd leading a 1 hour class that includes jogging, dune climbing and so much more. Justin started this program in 1998 to provide outdoor alternatives to going to the gym. There is no age or experience required and the cost is only $10. Every Saturday all year at Granada Beach at 9 am.   Come on over!

Forever Fifties– Hop on the Queen Mary and enjoy the music of Chubbie Checker, Elvis, Bobby Darin and more in the Tibbies Caberet Dinner Show.  Since 2004 they have been performing and delight audiences with a fantastic 3 hour show. Tickets are available through November 22nd, seating is limited so make sure you check it out! Saturday Family Fun: Totally Turtles–Bring the kids and explore at The Aquarium of the Pacific Come to a fun and up close way to learn about In this program, students (ages 4-6 with parents) will explore the world of sea turtles through a variety of activities, a story and a craft. Your little students will be able to compare and contrast sea turtle and land turtles and see how each contribute to our environment.  A closer look into the life cycle of sea turtles will allow students to better understand why they are endangered and what we can do to help sea turtles. What a fun way to spend the day!  Make sure to take a look at their site because that is just one of the family friendly options they have for young children as well as older children. You can even have a Birthday party!
