Long Beach, Ca. – Shandrow Group and Boardwalk Properties are hosting a free HUD Buying Seminar, “How to Buy a HUD With Only 3.5% Down Payment,” at the Long Beach Petroleum Club on January 28th from 3:00 to 5:00 pm.
The event will feature information on how to buy a HUD-owned home, including what a HUD home is, where you can find them for sale, how to qualify, what your monthly payments will be, along with the best techniques to make an offer on a HUD home. “The prices on HUD homes are so competitive that most proprieties receive multiple offers and buyer’s get into bidding wars,” says Mark Shandrow. “We put these seminars on so buyer’s can learn the tips and tricks of buying a HUD home.”
A HUD Home is owned by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). HUD works to create a decent home and suitable living environment for all Americans; it does this by addressing housing needs, improving and developing American communities, and enforcing fair housing laws. “The great thing about HUD homes is that home owners get preference over investors.
