Job Opportunity – HIGHLY MOTIVATED Real Estate Assistant (Long Beach, CA)

Shandrow Group is looking for a part-time to full-time assistant/property manager.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable both in the office and out in the field. Spanish bilingual a plus. Past real estate experience is not necessary and no real estate license is needed.

Some of the job tasks will include:

  • property inspections
  • ordering utilities turned on and off
  • picking up lunch, dry cleaning and going to the bank
  • tons and tons of computer work, including managing internet portals, uploading photos, inputting data, filing out forms, managing tasks
  • taking lots of photos and videos of homes and condos
  • filing work
  • and other office support activities

Our new assistant must be AMAZING. You need to knock my socks off. Your passion and NEED for work must be infectious. If you can’t hustle and work at an extremely fast pace, please don’t waste my email space. I mean it. Don’t even bother sending me your resume. You need to demonstrate to me that you are a quick learner, especially using a computer.

Job Requirements:

  • Cell phone
  • Highly reliable automobile with up-to-date insurance
  • Valid CA drivers license and insurance
  • Must be bondable
  • Advanced education, preferably a Bachelor’s Degree (any field)

Compensation and Hours:

Pay is every two weeks, W2 at $12 to $15 per hour, depending upon your skill and past experience. Mileage will be reimbursed based on .50 per mile. Hours are normal business hours, Monday thru Friday.
