Shandrow Group, a boutique real estate brokerage, is looking for a Real Estate Field Agent to assist in the management of vacant and occupied bank owned houses in the Antelope Valley Area. This is a flexible, telecommuting position.
You must have the following:
- cell phone
- reliable automobile with insurance
- computer with internet access
- digital camera
- basic tools
Job responsibilities will include:
- Occupancy checks and negotiating with occupants
- Installing signs
- Rekeying and securing property
- Taking quality property photos and uploading via the internet
- Property inspections
- Other duties, as requested.
The perfect person for this job will not alone possess the above resources and skills, but be extremely motivated, independent, and personable. Spanish speaking is a plus. A real estate license is not necessary or preferred.
If you are looking for some part-time work and have a flexible schedule, this job could be for you. Hours are limited to daylight hours and are on an as needed basis. Hours can range from 5 hours to 20 hours per week. Compensation is hourly ($12 to $15 per hour, plus mileage).
