Daniel Bayless, a native of California since 1952, is Shandrow Group’s Real Estate Field Agent. He brings over 7 years of real estate and home improvement experience to the team.
Having held positions as a department manager at franchise home improvement, a building supply representative for most of the local home improvement centers and a customer service representative for a major furniture manufacturer, Daniel is well-suited to assist Shandrow Group’s agents, REO clients and home owners.
As Shandrow Group’s Real Estate Field Agent, Daniel assists in the management of vacant and occupied bank owned houses in the Antelope Valley Area. In this role, he performs occupancy checks and negotiates with occupants, delivers Cash-for-Keys checks, re-keys and secures properties, takes photos of new and existing properties, and performs property inspections.
As his most memorable experiences have been in the real estate industry, Daniel enjoys working with real estate professionals and helping people in the Long Beach community find, buy and sell homes. Daniel is also a dedicated family man and the proud grandfather of 10 grandchildren, 7 girls and 3 boys.
Daniel is extremely motivated, independent, and personable and Shandrow Group is proud to have such a person representing the agency in the field.
